Before we begin working together, every client receives and signs a formal service agreement. Here's what to expect.
Application Contract
The service agreement outlines the full scope of work, responsibilities of both parties, payment terms, timelines, and compliance notices. You will receive this document via email as part of your onboarding packet.

What the Agreement Covers
Scope of Services
The agreement clearly defines what services CA CUE Global Consulting will provide, including:
- University and program requirement research for up to 3 institutions
- Scholarship guidance where applicable
- Compilation of application deadlines and official links
- Delivery of a personalized application guidance package via email
- Application checklist tracker for progress monitoring
Payment Terms
The agreement specifies:
- The agreed service fee and any applicable promotional pricing
- Accepted payment methods and currency equivalents for international clients
- Payment is required before services commence
- Refund policy and conditions
Timeline & Delivery
The standard service period is approximately two (2) months. The agreement outlines:
- Expected delivery timeline for the application guidance package
- Communication expectations and check-in points
- Client responsibilities regarding timely responses and information sharing
Compliance & Disclaimers
The agreement includes important compliance notices:
- CA CUE does not guarantee admission, visa approval, or scholarship awards
- The client is solely responsible for the accuracy of all submitted information
- Final review and submission of all applications remain the client's responsibility
- Services are advisory and administrative support in nature
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep all shared information confidential. Personal data provided by the client is used solely for the purpose of delivering the agreed services and is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
How to Get Your Agreement
Complete Intake Form
Fill out the CA CUE Service Intake Form attached to your selected service of interest. The form collects essential personal, academic, and other relevant information required to understand your educational goals and support the research process.
Review & Sign
Receive your onboarding packet via email including the service and agreement contract form and the service and payment agreement form. Review and sign.
Personalized Guidance
Once signed and confirmed, CA CUE will prepare your personalized service package based on your chosen service of interest.
Delivery of Your Guidance Package
Receive your complete personalized service package and information via email.
