All services provided by CA CUE Global Consulting are advisory and administrative support in nature. We do not:

• Guarantee admission to any college, university, or program
• Guarantee approval of any visa application
• Guarantee receipt of any scholarship or financial aid
• Submit applications on behalf of clients
• Make admissions decisions or influence admissions committees

4. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide truthful, accurate, and complete information at all times
• Review all materials and guidance provided before acting upon them
• Take sole responsibility for the final review and submission of all applications and documents
• Meet all institutional deadlines independently
• Independently verify information and requirements with official institutional sources

5. Payment Terms

Service fees are as listed on our Services page at the time of engagement. Payment is required before services commence. Fees are non-refundable once the onboarding process has begun and work has started on your application guidance package, unless otherwise specified in your service agreement.

6. Service Timeline

The standard turnaround time for delivering a complete application guidance package is approximately two (2) months from the date of confirmed payment and signed agreement. Timelines may vary depending on the complexity of the request and the responsiveness of the client.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, guidance packages, and documents created by CA CUE Global Consulting are the intellectual property of CA CUE Global Consulting LLC. Clients receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the materials provided for their own application purposes only. Materials may not be redistributed, resold, or shared with third parties.

8. Limitation of Liability

CA CUE Global Consulting shall not be held liable for:

• Any admission decisions made by educational institutions
• Visa application outcomes
• Scholarship or financial aid decisions
• Missed deadlines due to client inaction
• Inaccurate information provided by the client
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services

9. Privacy and Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your personal information. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and safeguard your data.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the service engagement with written notice. In the event of termination by the client after work has commenced, fees paid are non-refundable. CA CUE reserves the right to terminate services if the client provides false information or engages in conduct that violates these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of our services shall be resolved through appropriate legal channels.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes have been posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
